MOTers Dave and Nancy highly recommend the Carter Notch Inn in Jackson. They’ve stayed there for the past four MOT events. They said “Sally and Dick (and their dog, Henry) have a great B&B and are the nicest couple from England who love MINI’s.” Check out the website for rates.
The Eagle Mountain House (800-966-5779) in Jackson, NH. They have a MOT weekend rate of $110/night. Please let them know you’re booking for MINIsOnTop.

The Attitash Marketplace Motel (800-862-1600) in Bartlett, NH is pet friendly and is offering a 10% discount if you mention MINIs On Top.
The Bartlett Inn (800 292 2353) in Bartlett, NH. It’s 2 miles from Attitash and 16 miles from Mt. Washington. They’re offering a 10% discount on MOT weekend to anybody in a MINI. Breakfast is included. The Inn is pet friendly.
The Mt. Washington Bed & Breakfast (877-466-2399 or 603 466 2669) in Shelburne, NH is about 10 minutes from the Auto Road. They’re offering a $30/night discount if you stay two nights (bringing rooms to $70-$135/night) or $40/night discount for three nights (rates drop to $60-$125/night). Breakfast is included.
The Nordic Village Resort (603-383-9101) in Jackson, NH has some pet-friendly units.
The Villager Motel (800-334-6988) in Bartlett, NH is pet-friendly.
Other choices include Dana Place (12m from Attitash); Whitney’s Inn (11m, pet friendly); the Village House (7m); Eastern Slope Inn Resort (on Main St in N. Conway, 13m); Oxen Yoke Motel (N. Conway, 16m).

While some of these hotels are pet friendly, are the events pet friendly? Specifically the Saturday night dinner?

Some of the events are pet friendly. Some are not.
Pets are welcome at: all activites at the Loon lot; the base of Mt. Washington (but it is very crowded under the tent so dogs are often tied off to the tent spikes around the edge); on top of Mt. Washington. Pets are not allowed at any event inside the Attitash Grand Summit.
All dogs must be on leashes at all times at events. Thanks for asking.
We brought our small dog Nina last year and she had a great time altho she was a little nervous. She stayed in car during ice cream & breakfast events. No much of a problem except when we were at the top and it was raining & foggy. We carried Nina inside & stayed near doors even though the sign said no pets allowed. One or two other people also carried small dogs inside.
My 4 year old son (his 2nd MOT) and I (my 3rd) are going to make it down but the Grand Summit is booked up. Second choice is somewhere right downtown in North Conway (within walking distance of the Scenic Railway station)… Any recommendations? We plan to take in Santa’s Village on Sunday/Monday after MOT.
Hi Brian, we have done Storyland and Clarke’s Trading Post w/the kids (4 y.o. and 6. y.o.) before/after MOT events, really can not lose by staying in most places nearby. Eagle Mountain House in Jackson Village is just north of North Conway and is really inexpensive. I called and for 1 night they will honor the $110 rate for MOT. The Hampton Inn (Hilton) in downtown North Conway has a modest indoor water park and includes breakfast for $200/night if you are willing to pay for location/amenities, etc. Trip Advisor has the Residence Inn (Marriott) ranked #1 for North Conway and also includes breakfast. I did not call them. Good luck!
