As we approach the event, we’d like to take a minute to thank the individuals and companies that support us and provide MINI-related goodies for the Saturday night raffle. Proceeds go to charity, of course! This year’s beneficiaries are the Make-A-Wish Foundation of NH and the Mt. Washington Observatory (who receive 6.288% of the raised funds in honor of the height of the peak).
First up is Bavarian Autosport, who are based in Portsmouth, NH. They’ve donated four $50 gift certificates good for parts and accessories for your MINI.
MINI evangelist, weather nut, and all-around nice guy Pete Basilere has donated three family memberships to the Mt. Washington Observatory, which grant holders access to tours of the weather station, discounted rates on outdoor programs at the summit, and many other cool (and sometimes completely iced over) perks.
The Mt. Washington Observatory has also generously donated one of their official “Oh My Goodness It’s Cold Up Here!” fleeces. They pair nicely with the moose hats you can sometimes find in the gift shop.
Tire Rack has once again come through for us with a $50 gift certificate, assorted baseball caps and shirts, and several boxes of Srixon golf balls.
David Schofield and Nancy Kanner have kicked in a MINI Booty Bag, an essential accessory at every MINI event! (Sarah has one in kelly green and loves it!)
And last but certainly not least, Robert and Lori Cahill have donated a MINI travel basket, a ladies day bag perfectly sized for the boot of a MINI, a car care package, and a Travel Plus gift certificate!
Thanks to these fine folks for their generous contributions. Be sure to check out the raffle under the tent!
